The hospitalization of Heather Locklear on Thursday night reportedly came after the actress ingested a mixture of drugs and alcohol.
While a rep for Los Robles Hospital & Medical Center tells PEOPLE magazine that Heather Locklear was discharged from their hospital early Friday evening, leaving in the care of her family, she was reportedly “out of control” when her sister dialed 911 the night prior.
“Heather became a different person on drugs,” a source tells the show, adding that Locklear, who was spotted on Tuesday night at an L.A. Lakers game, may be heading into drug rehab soon.
Locklear’s rep hasn’t immediately commented on the actress’s condition, but this isn’t the first time 911 has been called on behalf of the actress.
In March 2008, her doctor called 911 reporting that she was suicidal. Months later, the actress sought treatment at an Arizona facility for anxiety and depression.
“Heather is in bed all the time,” a source told PEOPLE magazine, “usually four days out of the week. Hung over, she lays in bed; she’s depressed, she just hangs out.”
