Quality Distinctions:

Intensive Outpatient Program:

Multi-Dimensional Therapeutic Approach:
At Solutions Recovery, Inc., we tailor our individual treatment programs to the client and their unique needs; we believe that each client deserves an individualized treatment approach as well as an individual clinical approach in order to create the most effective treatment plan. Clients are assisted by a multi-disciplinary team of addictionologists, alcohol and drug counselors, physicians, psychiatrists, social workers and other professionals that work together in evaluating the client and his or her progress throughout the program.

Client Assessment & Education:
Each client will complete an assessment administered by a licensed, Mater’s level clinician. The completed assessment will focus on addiction as well as issues related to the addiction process such as cultural, employment, legal, medical, mental health and social needs.

Introduction to the 12-Step Program:
The 12-Step philosophy and fellowship, with its proven success in contributing to long-standing recovery, is a cornerstone of our program and provides recovery principles and tools as well as a support network for the client both during and following treatment. Within a structured, supportive therapeutic milieu, the client is assisted in shifting his or her dependence on chemicals to a reliance on self and others. Clients learn that while they may not be responsible for the disease of addiction, they are responsible for their recovery.

Family Involvement:
Addiction impacts not only the individual but the family and friends as well. While each client is in our program, families and friends are encouraged to engage in treatment alongside the individual.

After Care:
Solutions Recovery, Inc. understands that recovery is an ongoing process that continues well after treatment has commenced. During the first year following the completion of the program, members attend a weekly group meeting in order to strengthen the recovery process.

Alumni Services:
One of the many components of our Intensive Outpatient Program is an Alumni Group to help facilitate ongoing recovery.  Alumni are encouraged to attend group events and functions offered on a monthly basis. In addition, we offer an alumni blog where members can share their experiences with one another and seek continued support.

Drug and Alcohol Testing
On a frequent basis, Solutions Recovery, Inc. conducts random urinalysis tests to determine alcohol or drug presence within the sample. Testing is utilized for clients, employees and vendors. This is provided as a means to monitor abstinence as well as serves as an ‘aid’ for those who benefit from such a mechanism.

RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM OVERVIEW:

EDUCATIONAL GROUPS
Clients will learn about the components associated with addiction and chemical dependency. In order to obtain recovery, you must first have knowledge regarding its characteristics and physiology. Education groups will cover numerous topics related to addiction such as:

GENERAL GROUPS
Rather than a lecture based group, clients participate in primarily interactive groups.  A facilitator focuses and guides the group in general sharing. Examples of groups in this category may include:

INTERACTIVE/SPECIALTY GROUPS allow for interaction, processing and/or cross discussion between the facilitator and the group members. Examples of groups in this category may include:

INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING While in the Solutions Recovery, Inc. program, clients work with counselors on an individual basis to discuss issues pertinent to the client and their recovery from chemical dependency. Transitional issues, relapse issues and high risk situations are discussed with the client.

FAMILY COUNSELING & FAMILY EDUCATION
Often times, the individual engages in treatment but the family does not receive treatment for themselves. The end result is that the person is better but the family is still struggling. We believe that the family component is essential in assisting the individual in obtaining recovery and for the family to resolve lingering issues related to the individual and his or her chemical dependency.

It is understood that the family struggles alongside the individual with the chemical dependency; counseling can assist the family in receiving the treatment they need in order to return to a healthy dynamic.

In addition to family counseling, Family Education is also offered. Education workshops will assist the family in learning about the disease of addiction and appropriate behaviors to assist the individual with their ongoing recovery.
