Alana Jackson, Outpatient Program Coordinator

Ms. Jackson received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and her Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from Montana State University-Billings. She has experience working with adolescents and adults in inpatient and outpatient settings, with specific training in mental healthcare, chemical dependency, and chemical dependency accompanied with chronic pain issues.

As the Outpatient Program Coordinator, Ms. Jackson is responsible for the Intensive Outpatient Program including the coordination of all counseling (individual, group and family counseling), educational curriculum and other program components. She also oversees the alumni group meetings as well as the family group sessions for close friends and family members of Solutions Recovery, Inc. program graduates.

Ms. Jackson is a NAADAC certified Master Addiction Counselor, a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and a Supervisor of Alcohol and Drug Counselor Interns.

In addition to her numerous responsibilities within the corporation, Ms. Jackson enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and in outdoor recreation activities.
