What brought you to work at Solutions Recovery?
A desire to help, support and uplift people knowing we all have the potential to experience positive transformation regardless of our past and present circumstances or choices.
What is your role at Solutions?
I provide Life Coaching services to our clients and family members, as well as anyone seeking positive support, growth and awareness in life through the process of self discovery and personal empowerment.
What was your most rewarding moment at Solutions?
Whenever a client leaves our time together feeling better about themselves and where they are at on their journey in life.

Born in Livermore, California
If you could spend one day in another persons shoes, who would you be and why?
Oprah Winfrey - she is a woman who inspires through her brilliance, strength, spirituality, authenticity, philanthropy and good humor. She is fully aware of her Dharma (life's purpose), and appears to be committed to leaving the world a better place - seemingly without the presence of ego
What one piece of advice would you give the 16 year old you?
Believe, know & trust that all things/experiences work to your Highest Good even when you can not see it in the moment.
If you could have one Super Power, what would it be?
The ability to heal sick children. For fun, go back in time and re-visit certain moments I wish I had handled differently knowing what I know today.
What is the best part of your day?
Putting my daughter to bed at night.
What was your first job?
As a 10 year old, picking cockleburs (weeds) for $3.00/hr. in the bean crops on my Grandfather's farm in Idaho during summer vacation. We had to get up "in the middle of the night" at 4:30 a.m. to start. He paid us cash (my cousins and I) and we were confident we were filthy rich!
If your house was on fire, what one thing would you take with you?
Assuming pets and children are a given, all photographs.
